Does AirReception increase my search ranking?
Yes, our proprietary software runs automatic processes in the background to help you increase your search rankings and encourage more bookings.
Minimum days required?
There is no minimum length of stay required. This is completely up to you and you will have full control as to which guest profile is approved to stay at your place. Please tell us your hosting preferences and we can better screen guests that fit your preferences.
Is there a subscription fee?
No there are no monthly subscription charges. You only pay for our services upon successful bookings.
My guests do not speak English!
Fret not! We currently support English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Chinese. Other languages are on the way too!
Just Airbnb? What about Flipkey, HomeAway, Holiday lettings, etc?
We currently only manage Airbnb listings, but we are in the process of expanding to other platforms very soon. Do let us know which platform you want us to implement first at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still approve each guest myself?
Definitely! It is your home and we want you to be comfortable with renting it out. You can approve each guest individually or allow us to pre-approve guests according to the screening criteria you set up. Either way you can still have the final say.
Can you help with cleaning?
Yes! We can coordinate with your preferred cleaning services or you can choose to use our professionally trained in-house cleaning team.
And keys exchange too?
Yes! We have a professional receptionist team in countries we support that can help coordinate with your preferred key holder or you can choose to use our trusted reception service that will deliver the keys to your guest upon check-in.
Oh no! My guest is late!
From our experience guests are sometimes late which is understandable as guests visiting a new country may not be familiar with way transport works. We will do our best to give your guest all the necessary directions and estimated time of arrivals to allow them to plan effectively. There is a grace period of half an hour, beyond which we will communicate with your guest that a late check-in fee applies. We will charge this fee to your guests.
Wait. I have more than one listing!
No problem. We have many customers with multiple listings on our platform who are happily experiencing our quality services to all their listings.
How can I change my calendar?
Since you keep full access to your Airbnb account you can just update your calendar yourself or, if you prefer, send it to your assigned account manager after sign up.
How do I pay?
Once you start getting bookings as an AirReception user we will invoice you the service fees for each booking. We will then send you your transaction details and notify you before you will be invoiced on the next billing cycle. We can accept payment via credit card and bank transfers.
Do I pay if I have no bookings?
No! Our pricing is based on a percentage of what you receive from your airbnb bookings. So if you have no bookings you pay us nothing.
How do I cancel AirReception services?
Canceling your AirReception account is as simple as emailing your assigned account manager that you would like to cancel your account. If you were not satisfied, we’d appreciate any feedback about the experience you had and the reason for your dissatisfaction so we can work to fix it for our future users.
What happens to my profile if I stop using AirReception?
Nothing, your profile is yours and everything that’s on airbnb already, will stay with you, including all the reviews, pictures, past bookings, messages history and all the details on your profile. Any billable bookings that were made during your AirReception membership will just be billed on the next billing cycle.
How do I link my account to AirReception?
After sign up, we will send you instructions on how to link your Airbnb account to our AirReception service. After you link your account, one of our dedicated account managers will contact you to get the details about your listing and hosting preferences. We won’t take any actions on your behalf until we’re clear on exactly what services you need and you will have full control as to when your management service starts.
What happens after I connect my Airbnb?
Can I still use my Airbnb personal profile for traveling?
Of course! You keep full access to your Airbnb account so you can use it for your travelling needs and all travel related messages will still be sent to you.
Do you need my account credentials or password?
No we will never ask you to give us your password. When you connect your Airbnb profile to your unique AirReception account email, we will generate a random password for you to change for your Airbnb account. This way you don’t have to tell us your previous password and we create a new one and send it to you immediately.
What if I don’t currently have an Airbnb profile?
